Legal cannabis can be complicated, especially for the first-time user. Product options are extensive and navigating the complexities of strains, effects and modes of consumption can overwhelm even for the most experienced enthusiast.
Cannabis consumption is a highly personalized experience, adding to the challenge of selecting the right product, is the purchase experience itself. Whether in-store, pick-up or delivery, the process can be confusing.
Extensive menus with unfamiliar terms and descriptions do little to elevate the problem. Even the most knowledgeable budtender can do little to aid the process if the customer doesn’t know what questions to ask.
